    Once an order is received it can take up to 10-15 Business days to process and print your item(s), during the holidays this may take longer. We do our best to process orders as fast as possible!

    Return/Exchange policy

    Ship your items back in the allotted 30 days (holidays shipping starts October 15th - January 25th) and We will pay to ship your exchange back to you one time. If you are returning, once we receive your return it can take 2-3 business days to process your refund (the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return)

    Double hood problems

    This is a very attractive sweatshirt. The problem I had with it, the accented hood was very uncomfortable. They are two separate hoods with the decorative inner one in a very lightweight material and continually just got in the way. I can sew so I will either remove the hoods altogether using the accent one to trim it or sew the hoods together.

    This sweatshirt is so flatering

    I purchased the small, but had to exchange for a medium. I am 5'1" 108 lbs. There is no stretch to the fabric, so I thought I would like a medium better. I am anxious to get the exchange so I can start wearing it now that the weather is cool. It is heavy weight and might be too warm for warm weather. Love it!
