Livnfresh stands behind the quality of our products and we truly hope that you enjoy your purchase. It makes us happy to see you happy. If you are not satisfied we want to know if your item is defected please contact us within 7 days. We understand sizing can be a challenge when purchasing products online. Please see our Return and Exchange policy below for more information.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your ship date.
  • Merchandise must be Unused, Unworn, Odor free and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
  • Complete and print the form when exchanging so we are able to accurately get your order correct.
  • Shipping and handling cost and other charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customers responsibility.  We will ship the item back to you Free of Charge ONE TIME.   
  • ALL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION SALES (INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY) AND CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL!

RETURN POLICY:

    • Return must be made within 15 days of your shipping date.
    • Merchandise must be Unused, Unworn, Odor free and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached
    • Complete and print the form when returning so we are able to accurately get your order correct.
    • Refunds will be processed against the original method of payment, once the merchandise has been received  and it meets the requirements for a return. If we paid your shipping that amount will be deducted from your return.  If you paid for shipping that amount is non refundable! 
  • All Shipping and handling cost and other charges are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

 

  • Did you receive a Livnfresh gift and are missing the necessary information? No worries, contact us through our Contact Form and we will help you get the exchange or return completed in accordance with the terms of the policies and issue you an e-gift card to Livnfresh.com.
  • Customer is responsible to ship exchanges back to the company, however we will ship your exchange to you Free of Charge ONE TIME to the original address. If you are returning an item with in the allocated time and we paid for shipping that total ranging from 5.99-12.99 will be deducted from your refund.  If you paid for the original shipping that amount is non refundable! 
  • Items purchased from November 1st thru December 25th can be EXCHANGED up to January 25th.  NO returns for items purchased after 15 days of the original order date.  NO EXCEPTIONS
  • ALL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION SALES (INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY) AND CLOSEOUTS 

 

NOTE:

If you have already exchanged your product for a different size and now want to return the product for a refund, (within the allotted 15 days) all shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount if necessary. These cost range from 4.99 to 12.99. And you will be issued an in store credit for the price minus all shipping charges Livnfresh Paid.  

If an exchange is returned outside of the 30 days the item(s) will be returned to the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for shipping.  Please be sure you check the date on your packing slip to avoid a restocking fee or a return shipping charge.
