Returns & Exchanges
Livnfresh stands behind the quality of our products and we truly hope that you enjoy your purchase. It makes us happy to see you happy. If you are not satisfied we want to know if your item is defected please contact us within 7 days, it is the customers responsibility to inspect their items for defects promptly! Â We understand sizing can be a challenge when purchasing products online. Please see our Return and Exchange policy below for more information.

EXCHANGE POLICY:Â
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your ship date.
- Merchandise must be Unused, Unworn, Odor free and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
- Complete and print the form when exchanging so we are able to accurately get your order correct.
- Shipping and handling costs, priority processing and other charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility.  We will ship the item back to you Free of Charge ONE TIME, unless your discount was 20% or greater, then you are responsible for all actual rate shipping costs(not discounted) .Â
- ALL SALE ITEMS, CART UPSELL ITEM &PACKAGES, SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION SALES, AND BLOWOUT or CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL! Â All items purchased at 30% or greater discount are non returnable but can be exchanged at your cost.

- ALL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION SALES (INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY) AND CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL!Â
CHRISTMAS RETURNS &EXCHANGES
- Regular items purchased on/after October 1st, 2024 can be exchanged until January 25th, 2025 if we still carry the product.
- Return must be made within 30Â days of your shipping date.
- Merchandise must be Unused, Unworn, Odor free and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached
- Complete and print the form when returning so we are able to accurately get your order correct.
- Refunds will be processed against the original method of payment, once the merchandise has been received and it meets the requirements for a return. If we paid your shipping that amount will be deducted from your return. If you paid for shipping that amount is non refundable!Â
 NOTE:
If you have already exchanged your product for a different size and now want to return the product for a refund, (within the allotted 30 days) all shipping charges that Livnfresh paid for your shipments, will be deducted from your refund amount if necessary. These cost range from 4.99 to 12.99. And you will be issued an in store credit for the price minus all shipping charges that Livnfresh Paid. Â
If an exchange is returned outside of the 30 days the item(s) will be returned to the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for shipping. Please be sure you check the date on your packing slip to avoid a restocking fee or a return shipping charge.
 *All online purchases must be processed through our online center and can not be returned or exchanged to retail locations.Â
*Orders cancelled or changed after 3 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
If your order is return to sender because of bad address you will be responsible for all charges. Please double check your shipping address.
