Livnfresh stands behind the quality of our products and we truly hope that you enjoy your purchase. It makes us happy to see you happy. If you are not satisfied we want to know if your item is defected please contact us within 7 days. We understand sizing can be a challenge when purchasing products online. Please see our Return and Exchange policy below for more information.
! Due to the Sate of Michigan mandated shut down we are extending our returns and exchange policies to allow for our customers to stay safe! Please know we are doing our part to help keep the spread of this virus down. We have closed our offices. Customer services is available through email only! Production will continue and orders will ship as soon as possible! We appreciate your support and patience as we all do our part!
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your ship date.
- Merchandise must be Unused, Unworn, Odor free and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
- Complete and print the form when exchanging so we are able to accurately get your order correct.
- Shipping and handling cost priority processing and other charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility. We will ship the item back to you Free of Charge ONE TIME, unless you're discount was greater than 20% then you are responsible for all shipping.
- ALL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION SALES (INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY) AND BLOWOUT or CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL!
- Return must be made within 30 days of your shipping date.
- Merchandise must be Unused, Unworn, Odor free and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached
- Complete and print the form when returning so we are able to accurately get your order correct.
- Refunds will be processed against the original method of payment, once the merchandise has been received and it meets the requirements for a return. If we paid your shipping that amount will be deducted from your return. If you paid for shipping that amount is non refundable!
- All Shipping and handling cost priority processing and other charges are non-refundable.
- ALL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION SALES (INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY) AND CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL!
If you have already exchanged your product for a different size and now want to return the product for a refund, (within the allotted 30 days) all shipping charges that Livnfresh paid for your shipments, will be deducted from your refund amount if necessary. These cost range from 4.99 to 12.99. And you will be issued an in store credit for the price minus all shipping charges that Livnfresh Paid.
If an exchange is returned outside of the 30 days the item(s) will be returned to the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for shipping. Please be sure you check the date on your packing slip to avoid a restocking fee or a return shipping charge.
